Registration Fees

Meeting registration fees include: all educational programs, Welcome Reception, Exhibit Hall Reception, daily lunches, and access to the exhibit hall.

*Ticket purchases are restricted to guests of attendees only.  A guest is a spouse or significant other, friend, relative or child (at least 18 years old to enter the Exhibit Hall) who is not an AADGP member, is not qualified to become an AADGP member and is not in an industry-related occupation.  A co-worker or an associate within the industry is not eligible for a guest badge.

**Ticket bundles may only be purchased for use by Dental Group Practice Employees or Dental Students. Exhibitors or Sponsors may purchase a 5 or 10 pack to distribute to these groups but the tickets may not be used by suppliers or consultants to the dental industry. Improper use of the ticket will result in removal from the expo without a refund.

You will receive immediate confirmation of your registration. 

 

Changes to Your Registration

Changes to your registration will not be accepted over the phone. Changes must be in writing via:

Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellations must be advised in writing to the AADGP Headquarters office. Cancellations received prior to December 19 will receive a refund of registration fees, less an administrative charge of $175. No refunds will be given on or after December 20, 2022.  Eligible refunds will be issued after the conclusion of the meeting.

Credit Card

All major credit cards are accepted: American Express, Bankcard, MasterCard and Visa. Credit card payments will appear as AADGP on your credit card statement.

On Site Registration

If you have not registered by January 23, 2023, you will need to register on-site.  The registration desk will open on Wednesday, February 1.  

 

Registration Desk

The registration desk will be located in the Grand Salon of the Lobby Level of The Horseshoe (formerly Bally’s) Las Vegas and will be open every day of the meeting, starting on Wednesday, February 1 through Friday, February 3. Registration hours (subject to change):

 

Wednesday, February 1      10:00 pm – 1:00 pm

Thursday, February 2           7:00 am – 6:00 pm

Friday, February 3                7:00 am – 12:30 pm

 

COVID-19 REGULATIONS (As of July 27, 2022; subject to change.) 

AADGP requests everyone be up to date with COVID-19 vaccines (after second booster). Currently, masks are not required for meeting attendees though they are encouraged. By attending the in-person AADGP 2023 Expo, you certify that you have not been exposed to a confirmed or suspected case of COVID-19 or have been diagnosed with COVID-19 and not yet been cleared as non-contagious by state or local public health authorities or the healthcare team responsible for their treatment by the start of the Meeting. 

Liability Waiver, Assumption of Risk and Release: You acknowledge that you derive personal benefit from your attendance at this in-person AADGP Expo and willingly engage in the Meeting. By registering for the AADGP Expo, you hereby release, waive and forever discharge any and all liability, claims and demands of whatever kind or nature against AADGP and its speakers and exhibitors, including in each case, without limitation, their directors, officers, employees, volunteers and agents (the “Released Parties”), either in law or in equity, to the fullest extent permissible by law, including but not limited to, damages or losses caused by the negligence, fault or conduct of any kind on the part of the Released Parties, including but not limited to death, bodily injury, illness, economic loss, or loss or damage to property, which you, your heirs, assignees, next of kin and/or legally appointed or designated representatives, may have or which may hereinafter accrue on your behalf, which arise or may hereafter arise from your participation in the Meeting. Your attendance at an in-person AADGP Expo includes possible exposure to and illness from communicable diseases, including but not limited to COVID-19. While particular rules, vaccination and personal discipline may reduce this risk, the risk of serious illness and death still exists. You knowingly and freely assume all such risks associated with attending the AADGP Expo, even if arising from the negligence, fault or conduct of any kind on the part of the Released Parties. 

BY ATTENDING AND/OR PARTICIPATING IN THE AADGP EXPO, YOU ARE DEEMED TO HAVE GIVEN A FULL RELEASE OF LIABILITY TO THE RELEASED PARTIES TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW AND ARE ASSUMING THE RISK OF POSSIBLE EXPOSURE TO COMMUNICABLE DISEASES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO COVID-19.
