  Dr. Aman Kaur a DSO industry veteran, and a seasoned executive is known for her passion for building DSO organizations ground up and doing turn-arounds through innately inspired teams and driving results. Dr. Kaur is the CEO of a rapidly growing Midwest based DSO called AiM Dental Alliance. With over 18 years of experience in Dental industry, Dr. Kaur has worked with multiple DSOs over her career in various leadership roles and is very involved in DSO industry as a Board member of DSOs, Government Dental Programs and Dental Product Companies. Dr. Kaur is passionate about improving the access to dental care and believes this needs growing services in dental sector that encompass overall health needs along with supporting dental teams to continually grow as clinicians as well as the leaders. Dr. Kaur is also the Founder and President for Women In DSO, an organization committed to providing industry defining platform to promote and advance women leaders across the DSO industry.   Ellie Naderi has worked in the dental industry for over 25 years. She has an extensive background on both the clinical side and the business operations side of the dental field. Ellie spent her early years working in a successful practice learning virtually every function utilized by dental practices including time spent as a dental assistant and an office manager.
  After years spent in the practice setting, she continued her education and began working as a dental hygienist, which she did for over 7 years. After which she entered the dental pharma world. She worked for a top-notch pharma company for almost 5 years in various roles including Education and Account Management.
  Ellie has held multiple Senior VP positions and CEO positions with Dental Service Organizations (DSOs) such as Coast Dental and Dental One Partners. She has also operated her own dental consulting company, Global Dental Practice Solutions since 2016. Her career has included work as an educator, giving clinical and didactic instruction to dental hygiene students and serving as a dental hygienist for practices that serve a diverse group of patients.
  Most recently, Ellie served as CEO of SALT Dental Collective, a Pediatric and Orthodontic DSO organizations in the Pacific Northwest. Ellie now makes Central Oregon her home enjoying the outdoors with her husband and 2 children.

  Lisa Timmerman is the CEO for Family 1st Dental, which has 24 locations in Nebraska and Iowa. She joined Family 1st Dental in 1999 as CFO and Operations Manager and was elevated to CEO in 2011. She has been involved in all aspects of the business, including acquisitions and associate recruitment & retention. Lisa enjoys the many challenges and diverse activities of her position, most notably working with dentists and their teams to help their practices thrive and grow. Lisa is currently serving on the AADGP Board and has been a member since 2010.
