    Britt has 33 years of clinical and management experience in group dental practice and is the Chief Dental Officer of Mortenson Dental Partners, one of the largest doctor and employee-owned dental groups in the US. Britt has served as Co-Regional President, Vice President of Clinical Affairs, Chief Dental Officer, and Board of Directors for Mortenson. Britt has been instrumental in the creation and the implementation of the Yes Philosophy and the Top Docs development program.

    Dr. Roark is responsible for overall clinical leadership, including enterprise-wide clinical strategic planning, developing and improving clinical protocols, researching new technologies and services, overseeing quality assurance, and providing professional development opportunities to 600 clinical team members and over 71 supported dental practices. As a special area of interest, Dr. Roark is one of the preeminent global leaders in the adoption of Artificial Intelligence to improve the patient experience and overall outcomes of dental treatment.
    Dr. Roark brings 20 years of private practice, non-profit, and DSO experience to Sage Dental Management. In addition to owning a successful private practice in Nantucket, Massachusetts, she served as Clinical Officer two national DSO’s and was formerly the Director of General Dentistry and Associate Professor at the Vanderbilt University Medical Center.
    Dr. Roark received a Master of Science in Health Care Management degree from Harvard University and earned her dental degree Magna Cum Laude from the Henry M. Goldman School of Dental Medicine at Boston University. Additionally, she is actively involved in mentoring young providers, Phi Mu Sorority, and entrepreneur coaching.

    Dr. Fender is a founding board member at National Dental Healthcare REIT and helps to originate, evaluate and execute investment opportunities.
    Dr. Fender founded and currently is the Chief Clinical Business Development Officer at Smile Doctors, the nation’s largest retail orthodontics platform, with over 110 affiliated practices nationwide. He was instrumental in growing Smile Doctors into a national brand through his expertise in executing and integrating acquisitions and de novos.
    With over 17 years of orthodontics experience, Dr. Fender also serves on the Board of Directors of Canadian Orthodontic Partners and is involved with both the American Dental Association and the American Association of Orthodontists.
    Dr. Fender earned a Doctor of Medical Dentistry from the Medical College of Georgia Dental School where he was valedictorian. He completed his graduate orthodontic training at Vanderbilt University.

    Dr. Mansour graduated with a D.D.S. from the prestigious University of the Pacific and began practicing dentistry in California and Texas. His focus continues to be on implants and cosmetics as well as building a culture of excellence in his offices. He Co-Founded Rodeo Dental and Orthodontics in 2009 and they have now grown to be one of the largest multi-specialty, multi-location group practices in the State. He leads 140 Doctors across all specialties in 333 locations in 2 states. In 2013, he earned the prestigious Fellowship in the International Congress of Oral Implantologists (FICOI), he then went on to earn his Diplomate status in the ICOI (DICOI) in 2017, an honor that only 2,000 dentists hold worldwide!! That wasn’t enough for Dr. Mansour, in April 2018, Dr. Mansour earned his Fellowship in the Academy of General Dentistry (FAGD), a distinction only 6% of Dentists hold. He loves to speak around the country on implants, creating a culture of excellence and esthetics. His true passion is building other doctors careers by educating and empowering them through leadership development. Dr. Mansour’s practice philosophy is that “ It’s about more than the teeth, its about building confidence!!” A beautiful and confident smile, will change your life in ways you never imagined.
