Robert A. Marchant

Robert focuses his practice on transactional matters, including cross-border transactions, private equity, merger and acquisitions, venture capital, private debt and equity financings and day-to-day counseling of companies. Robert’s experience includes all industries (consumer products, manufacturing, technology, life sciences, to name a few) and companies in all stages of development. Robert has counseled dental service organizations (sometimes referred to as dental support organizations or DSO’s) and been in the dental space for years. He has worked throughout the United States with DSO formations, DSO business structures, DSO related combinations and restructurings as well as other aspects of a dental operation. Robert is a trusted advisor and is known as a practical problem solver. Robert received his J.D. from Willamette University College of Law and his B.S. in Business Management from  Brigham Young University.

Dr. Alex Giannini – Co-Founder

Dr. Alex Giannini has founded and served as CEO of several dental groups and DSOs. With over 29 years of experience in the clinical, administration, and management of dental practices in over 10 states, including related businesses as well as real estate development/management, Dr. Giannini has doubled and quadrupled dental practice revenue and profitability within a year while creating a platform and national prominence. Dr. Giannini was the founder of Comfortable Care Dental Group’s initial office in 1989 which in turn became the first group in Florida as part of the Heartland Dental growth at the turn of century. In 2008, he founded Dynamic Dental Partners Group (DDPG) which in 2014 was listed at #14 on the Inc. 5000 list for the fastest‐growing private companies in America.

Dr. Giannini practiced high‐end fee-for-service dentistry in Florida for 9 years, after which time he co‐owned and managed dental practices in Florida, Arizona, Virginia, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and Georgia. In addition, Dr. Giannini has been featured as a guest speaker at many Practice Management conferences throughout the nation. Dr. Giannini has worked with institutional, private equity and family‐office investors. He has turned around 100s of practices including distressed Dental Groups and DSOs.

His role is strategic and includes shaping the philosophy and delivery of quality dental care along with implementing Clinical and Operational Policies, Structure, and Protocols for his management team to deliver productive and profitable dental offices. He is also involved in Doctor recruitment, complete business development, marketing, strategic planning as a business analyst to oversee the financial operations including the dental systems, forecasting, budgeting, and goal setting of each individual affiliated office and company. Chris McClure – Co-Founder

Chris co-founded and jointly heads Aligned Dental Partners LLC, providing consulting services to dental practices throughout North America. Chris oversees operations and guides the implementation of systems, best practices, and growth plans for all affiliated dental offices.

He brings extensive experience in both consulting and executive leadership in the dental field. Formerly, Chris served as the Chief Operating Officer for a New-York-based dental support organization which he co-founded with a dentist investor. Chris and his team successfully achieved 34% organic revenue growth in a 6-month span using proven dental management systems and techniques. Prior to that, he served as the Director of Consulting for the nation’s premier consultancy to dental practices. In that role, Chris oversaw a team of consultants who worked with hundreds of the country’s top dentists whose focus was to grow practice revenue and increase efficiency. He advised DSOs and group practices on growth strategy, systems implementation, and provided operational training to staff.

Prior to dental consulting, Chris was a Big 4 Management Consultant where he advised leading Fortune 500 companies, the Department of Defense, and other federal agencies. His experience includes facilitating mergers and acquisitions, implementing ERP systems as part of major supply chain transformations, and developing and implementing enterprise performance management capabilities.

John McClure – Co-Founder

John co-founded and jointly heads Aligned Dental Partners LLC, after spending the last decade working directly with 2,000+ dental practices. John focuses on the analytical aspects of each new client and develops customized solutions aligned to the goals of each individual practitioner.

Prior to this role, John served as the Chief Development Officer for a New-York-based DSO which he co-founded with a dentist investor. He handled all aspects of the due diligence and the acquisition and transition phases for affiliated dental offices. John developed a strategic acquisition plan that was used to successfully acquire and assimilate the DSOs practices, and also oversaw dentist recruitment, identifying top tier, high-talent practitioners to provide outstanding patient care.

Prior to co-founding the DSO, John spent 9 years with the nation’s premier dental consultancy. As the Director of Business Development, John oversaw a team of analysts that assessed 1,000s of dental practices, both domestically and internationally, each year. Additionally, John personally performed in-depth analysis for many of the largest and most-premier dental offices in the country.

John is a graduate of the Pennsylvania State University with a degree in business management.

Veronica Giannini – COO

Dr. Giannini has had over 24 years of leadership experience from practicing as a Dentist, including all positions in a dental office, to being a Professor in a dental university, to running a dental assistant school, to being the VP of Doctor Development and Recruiting and Vice President of Operations for Inc. Magazine #14 fastest-growing private company and Dental Support Organization.

Dr. Giannini achieved success in complex business models in key leadership roles. As VPO for Dynamic Dental Partners Group, she consistently delivered revenue and EBITDA goals for 34 Dental offices including a company-best 65.5% revenue growth and 285% office EBITDA in 2013 for the Implants Oral Surgery Group.

Noura Benrahou – Director of Hygiene

Hygiene Director at Aligned Dental Partners and provides professional coaching specific to dental hygiene and practice management. Noura has advanced experience in dental practice growth and increasing hygiene profitability. Specialized in dental coding, treatment acceptance, anesthesia, periodontology, practice management, dental data analytics, & provider to patient education/verbiage.

She’s helped start and manage several start up dental practices and has personally produced over $600k a year consecutively to achieve record-breaking numbers as one of the most productive hygienists in the country. Before joining Aligned Dental Partners, Noura held positions as a top dental hygiene consultant for two of the nation’s highly acclaimed dental support organizations. She’s trained and coached hundreds of providers nationwide and continues to prove herself to be a leader amongst dental clinical optimization. In 2020 her success led her to eventually founding her own dental hygiene consulting company “NuDental”. Her mission, to provide dental offices with the necessary foundation to build a results-driven hygiene department. Joining forces with Aligned Dental Partners has given Noura a cutting edge to take her skills to the next level of dental practice optimization.

In her previous years as clinical hygienist and running dental practices, Noura developed her own structure and method of treating patients that translated to the entire practice. Her protocol and system were a driver for practice growth. Not only was this structure lucrative and productive, but patients loved it because they felt like they’re receiving true quality care and attention from both the dentist and hygienist. Imagine a practice where you didn’t have to see hundreds of patients a week to make ends meet. Her mantra is “quality of care over quantity of care”.

Christina Ewing is a Senior Consultant at Aligned Dental Partners. Christina works diligently with emerging dental groups and dental support organizations throughout North America with a focus on implementing customized growth plans, providing systems and team training, and applying industry best-practices to Aligned Dental Partner’s clients.

Christina brings over a decade of experience supporting entrepreneurial dentists at all stages of their careers. Prior to joining Aligned Dental Partners in 2020, Christina held roles at two esteemed consulting organizations. Most recently, Christina was the Director of Consulting for a dental consulting firm where she focused on program development, team training and practice growth. Christina is well versed in the identification of capacity blockages and areas of untapped opportunity in the dental space. Her expertise is in creating thoughtful, actionable plans for her clients that are manageable and to provide valuable systems training, efficiency awareness, and increased profitability for clients. Prior to that, Christina was a practice management and marketing consultant and offered consulting support to hundreds of dentists throughout the US and Canada.

Blair Headley – Senior Consultant

Blair Headley is a Senior Consultant at Aligned Dental Partners and provides consulting and management support to dental practices, dental groups, and dental support organizations throughout North America. Blair’s focus is on implementing customized growth plans, providing systems and training, and applying industry best-practices to Aligned Dental Partner’s clients.

Blair brings a decade of experience supporting entrepreneurial dentists to accomplish their goals. Prior to joining Aligned Dental Partners in 2019, Blair held roles at two esteemed consulting organizations. Most recently, Blair was the Director of Business Development for a dental consultancy where she assessed dental offices and dental groups for operational inefficiencies. Marc Holsborg – Senior Business Consultant

Marc Holsborg is a Senior Consultant at Aligned Dental Partners and provides consulting and management support to dental practices, dental groups, and dental support organizations throughout North America. Marc’s focus is on implementing customized growth plans, providing systems and training, and applying industry best-practices to Aligned Dental Partner’s clients.

Marc’s expertise includes supporting entrepreneurial dentists to accomplish their revenue goals. Prior to joining Aligned Dental Partners, Marc held roles at three esteemed dental organizations. Most recently, Marc was the Director of Strategic Accounts DSO for Darby Dental Supply, a national dental distribution company, where he assessed dental offices and dental groups for procurement and operational inefficiencies. He tailored growth plans for these clients that provided cost-savings, increased profitability and improved operational efficiency for his clients. Prior to that, Marc was a General Manager at Patterson Dental Supply and Crosstex International where he provided supply chain and technology solutions for hundreds of dentists throughout the US.

Christine Manndel – Senior Consultant and Procurement Director

Christine is a Senior Consultant and the Procurement Director for Aligned Dental Partners and Director of Clinical Operations for Aligned Dental Support. She assists clients with analyzing their supply chain and optimizing vendor relations. She has worked with various DSOs and Group Practices to drastically reduce their Cost of Goods Sold through creating formularies for dental supplies, labs, office supplies, and all areas of procurement. She creates streamlined procurement processes for her clients to reduce costs and maximize efficiency.

Christine hails from Pennsylvania and is a detail-oriented, highly motivated team member with over 26 years of dental experience. She has taught as a dental professor for 7 years and served as the Director of Education for a DSO. She enjoys passing on her passion for dentistry to those eager to learn in the dental field. She held a variety of roles in a DSO that supported 30 dental offices in three states. She worked her way up quickly through the ranks of that company, showing she has what it takes to succeed and learn all aspects of a DSO and dental group. Working in multiple departments allowed Christine to develop and evaluate goals, and in turn, execute a prescription that will guarantee success for her team.

Christine has an associate degree in Electronic Healthcare Records and Healthcare Management. She holds a CDA and is an EFDA in the state of Pennsylvania. When Christine is not focused on dentistry, she is focused on her nine-year-old daughter and creating memories with her family and friends at their family cabin.

Jessica Walker – Hygiene Analyst & Coach

Jessica Walker is a Hygiene Analyst and Coach at Aligned Dental Partners. She has been in the dental industry for over 26 years, 18 of those as a hygienist. Jessica started her career in an administrative role then expanded into chairside assisting, before finally moving into hygiene. Her experience in each of these roles enable her to have a practical and comprehensive understanding of each as they pertain to finances, productive scheduling, and best-practice organizational systems.

In addition to chairside dentistry, she held a faculty member position in a dental hygiene program for several years at a local College. She is a CDCA-WREB Clinical Board Examiner and regularly attends Board of Dentistry meetings in her home state to stay current on Law and Rule changes. She is active in her professional association where she holds an executive leadership role within the Florida Dental Hygienists’ Association. In this role, she focuses on advocacy and legislative efforts to ensure the profession of dental hygiene continues to expand to allow hygienists to achieve their financial and professional goals while continuing to provide superior quality care.

Jessica holds a bachelor’s degree in in Dental Hygiene and a Master’s in Business Administration in Healthcare Management.
